Searches being very personal are tailor-made to suit each individual's needs taking into account likes, dislikes and tastes. Due to our negotiating skills, the savings that we help negotiate for our clients largely covers our fees.

As soon as your initial enquiry is received, we will ring you to discuss your requirements. Once we have established what you are looking for, your property search begins. We will not accept a search if we feel it to be unfeasible.

Property to rent is much sort after in the region and quality rental accommodation is let very quickly. We stay in constant contact with you during the search and should a rental property come on the market that meets your personal criteria we will advise you to view without delay.

On receipt of your enquiry form we will ring you to discuss your criteria in more detail. Once we have accepted your search we will propagate your requirements to estate agents and consult local announcements in newspapers.

We accompany you for the signing of the "bail" and the reception of the keys and help you with the inventory. We will take over the preliminary mundane tasks such as, electricity/telephone connections, heating, water, post etc are on hand to advise you with problems you may encounter when here.
